Another great service from the business who attended and fixed a leak in our utility room. Josh was superb in identifying and resolving the cause of the problem.
Always happy to support local businesses and I have no hesitation in recommending them for all your plumbing and heating needs

Great service from Steve who is truly a wonderful gentleman and an absolute professional.  I requested a boiler service but he also fixed my tap and sorted a blocked external drain issue, including going to collect more tools and allocating extra time to return and complete the job the same day.

Steve turns up on time, is very knowledgeable, has a very pleasant attitude, and does not try to inflate a job unnecessarily or take advantage of a situation.  I found Steve to be a very genuine person who gives good advice, inspires absolute confidence, and I will definitely request his services again.

Many thanks again Steve for your great help, and it was an absolute pleasure to meet you.

Steve responded quickly to my initial enquiry, gave me an estimate of costs that was accurate (and even better than estimated on one element of the job - and I highly rate that kind of honesty). I was given a call before he arrived to confirm that he was on his way. He serviced our boiler, offered some insights and replaced a part on our loo that was causing a leak. He worked quickly and efficiently. I was invoiced within a week (as promised, sent through by his wife, who handled the admin process efficiently). Both were very pleasant, whether the interaction was via email, in calls and in person. Highly recommended and will be using again in future...

Steve and Josh were fantastic, and we are more than happy to recommend them. We were after a boiler replacement and everything from the initial quote to final installation went perfectly. Steve is clearly knowledgable about current products and went carefully through everything, ensuring our needs were understood and that we were comfortable with what was planned. On the day, Josh and Steve were focussed on getting everything right and did the job in a tidy and efficient manner. We couldn't be more pleased with the finished job, which came in at exactly the price quoted, with the house left as if they had never been there. Thank you
